We're so excited to have you with us! To make sure everyone has the best possible experience, we’ve put together a few simple policies. These help us run smoothly and give you the exceptional service you deserve.

what to know before you visit

Thank you for supporting our small business and being a part of our salon family. These policies help us give you a beautiful, relaxing experience—every time.

first time clients

To secure your appointment , all first time clients are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation or no show policy is violated.

appointments and cancellations

We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else. 

No shows or late cancellations  will result in a charge of 50% of the service to the card on file. 

late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled and marked as a no-show to avoid overlapping with the next clients time. 

repeat no show or late arrivals

Clients who repeatedly no show, cancel late, or arrive late may be subject to increased fees or may be required to prepay for future services in full. After multiple violations, we reserve the right to withhold from future bookings.

service satisfaction

Your happiness means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel right with your service, please let us know within 5 days, and we’ll make it right. We love feedback, it helps us grow and glow! 

payments

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected—whatever feels right for you!
